The DJ Mag Polls have opened again. We know it’s the last thing your email inbox is waiting for, and you probably can’t stand seeing the lines “it’’s that time of the year again” and “I know it’s a nonsense list but vote for me anyways”. It is indeed that time again, but it is certainly not a nonsense list. The DJ is usually in control of the audience, once every year however the tables are turned and us, the DJs, labels, agencies and promoters, are at your feet. It’s your chance to dictate who is hot and who is not. With great power, comes great responsibility (film quote of the day), it is now your responsibility to represent the music you like and help the DJs in their quest of conquering the world with their badass beats!

Just wanted to say I voted already and to be honest it was hard to vote. It came down, for me at least, to Menno de Jong and Armin Van Buuren. Ultimately, I voted for Menno #1 and Armin #2. I think his sets are more in line with the style that I enjoy especially when I am working or driving. Keep up the great job!

Menno, you and Fleming are pretty much the only two trance DJs I really really enjoyed and had me jumping around and dancing this year so far! You definitely have my vote. Just waiting until after Fleming on the Sept 13th to vote. Don’t want to vote prematurely =)

I really love everything you do and really think you have not much longer until you get more recognition. Tiesto and the others just have a few more years ahead of you. People will soon realize that music good from 1 person because sounds are different. You have a different feel for music that separates you from the rest. You were amazing at Carnival! I was front row as close to the middle as possible during your entire set, and there isn’t one word that could describe it. I was happy when you went past your set time and came off the stage. I had nothin for u 2 autograph and but index cards work. I really loved your performance at EDC and wished it wasn’t as short & of course during the night.
Can’t wait to see the #1 of the future again!
